The sport and super sport lancia flaminias were two-seat fastback coupes specially bodied by zagato on a wheelbase that was 99-in. Shorter than the flaminia sedans or previous coupes. A total of 526 were made in three different versions, with the last capable of 130 mph.

About vehicle
Three different bodies all these sports had an aluminum body, streamlined shape and double-bubble roof. All flaminias were given a new 2.8-litre v6 in 1963. The super sport engine reached 150 hp. A few lightweight specials gained some class wins in italian sports-car competition. But they were heavier than the prior appia sport, which had a better power-to-weight ratio and more success on the track
